At Rivoré, your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s any issue with your order, we’re here to help — but you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

✅ Eligible for Replacement or Return:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or broken product
  • Missing item in the package

📌 Important Guidelines:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Product must be unused, with original packaging intact
  • A clear unboxing video is required for damage/missing item claims
  • Claims without an unboxing video or made after 24 hours will not be accepted

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind after using/opening the product
  • Scent preference (perfume is a personal choice)
  • Lack of valid proof (unboxing video)
