At Rivoré, your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s any issue with your order, we’re here to help — but you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Eligible for Replacement or Return:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or broken product
- Missing item in the package
Important Guidelines:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Product must be unused, with original packaging intact
- A clear unboxing video is required for damage/missing item claims
- Claims without an unboxing video or made after 24 hours will not be accepted
How to Request a Return or Replacement:

- Provide your Order ID, issue description, and the unboxing video
- Our support team will respond within 24 hours to resolve your issue
Not Eligible for Return:
- Change of mind after using/opening the product
- Scent preference (perfume is a personal choice)
- Lack of valid proof (unboxing video)
